I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker in Ohio who has practiced in the field for over 30 years. My professional experiences include child welfare, mental health, addiction, teaching at a collegiate level along with non-profit leadership. Throughout my career I have taught, counseled, and coached individuals to aspire and excel to their full potential. I have helped many in overcoming challenges in their lives surrounding depression, anxiety, life problems, fitness goals and career advancement. My style focuses on moving individuals through change with the use of Cognitive Behavioral and Motivational Interviewing strategies.
