Hello, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor practicing as a therapist at Find A Therapist and privately in the DFW area. I work from a person-centered & existential perspective and incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and DBT strategies in my treatment of clients. I have experience working within a variety of areas serving populations that include adolescents, college students, and adults.
