I am licensed in Pennsylvania and Florida with 6 years of professional clinical mental health experience. I specialize in helping clients with stress, anxiety, motivation, self esteem, confidence, career difficulties, & coping with life changes. I also specialize in sports performance counseling, traumatic brain injury, and mood dysregulation caused by endocrine disorders.
