I am licensed in California with several years of professional work experience in many different settings. I am currently available for short-term therapy (2-3 months of weekly sessions). I have experience in helping clients manage and heal from negative relationship patterns, feelings of loneliness and isolation, overwhelming stress, addictions to substances, and the impact of trauma. I believe that a safe and compassionate therapy experience allows you to build insight about your experiences and live a life that feels genuine and rewarding.
