While working in both an inpatient and outpatient setting, I’ve had the opportunity to gain experience working with diverse populations who've faced various concerns including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, work and school stress, self-esteem issues, and relationship difficulties. At times therapy can feel very heavy and intimidating. Because of this, I feel one of my greatest strengths is bringing humor and levity into my practice
