I am a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of Florida and received my doctorate from Nova Southeastern University. I work with adults facing a variety of concerns such as depression, anxiety, sleep issues, behavioral changes (e.g., smoking cessation, mild to moderate alcohol/drug use, weight related concerns) and management of chronic pain/illness. I use a warm, empathetic, client-centered approach, that prioritizes a strong therapeutic relationship. With collaboration and equality at the forefront, we develop individualized goals, and will utilize evidence based psychotherapy practices, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, to work toward change. With all new clients, I like to set up a preliminary live session via phone or video to best get to know you and make sure I am the best fit for your goals.
