Hello. My name is Victoria. I graduated from Eastern Washington University in 2017 with a Masters Degree in Social Work. I work primarily with individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, and depression. I find that often times when we heal trauma, other issues begin to resolve as well. I use evidence based interventions including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Meditation, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) for treating mental health challenges.
