I am excited to begin this journey with you offering 19 years of experience as a Marriage and Family Therapist specializing trauma resolution,relationships,depression and anxiety. I will work closely with you and facilitate a process teaching concepts related to coping more effectively with life stressors. My style is empathetic, personal and warm and I am interested in problem-solving with you in order to get to the heart of the matter.
