Hi and Welcome! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, licensed to practice in California. I have worked in the Mental Health field for over 12 years and have been a therapist for 5 years. I have worked with individuals and couples challenged by depression, anxiety, family conflict, and life changing situations. My approach draws from cognitive behavioral, solution focused, strengths based, the Gottman method, and emotionally focused therapy, depending on the person, couple and preference. Mental health symptoms are one of many considerations in the treatment process. Other considerations include physical health, safety, living situation, social support, finances, spirituality, and overall sense of well being. I work collaboratively with each client and couple to assist you in developing tools to empower yourself for success. I look forward to working with you!
