My goal is to meet you where you are, and to create a treatment plan together that is helpful, productive, and doable based on your needs and time. I utilize a mixture of cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, solution-focused therapy, and strengths/empowerment based therapy in my treatment sessions. I am experienced in the treatment of anxiety, depression, addiction rehabilitation needs, grief and loss, adolescence, aging, trauma, and more. I strive for my therapy sessions with you to be a safe place where you can talk freely, feel comfortable, and feel you are getting the help and support you need.
