My name is Vicki Carr, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas and a National Certified Counselor (NCC) with 5 years of counseling experience working in both the private and public sector. I am a former public-school teacher and Army veteran. I offer an eclectic approach to counseling based on individual needs. Specialties include mindfulness-based techniques, cognitive behavioral, narrative, solution-focused therapy, and faith-based therapy. I have experience working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, low self-esteem, eating disorders, and addictive behaviors.
