My hope is to provide all the people I work with a safe space to talk about what is on their mind and time to focus on themselves. I have worked a lot with young adults who are navigating independence, school, work, relationships, and self-esteem. I also have some experience in working with the perinatal population around anxiety and depression related to pregnancy, loss, and adjustment to parenthood. My approach is to join my clients in their experience, understand it the best I can, and determine together what changes may improve their current circumstances. I believe everyone should have an opportunity to be heard and cared for. I would be honored to meet you and learn your life story.
