About

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Oregon, and I have over 20 years of counseling experience. I earned my MA degree in Counseling Psychology from California State University, Sacramento. I have worked with adolescents, adults, couples, and families in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I have extensive experience working with patients struggling with depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem. I utilize a variety of approaches and techniques in my practice, including those drawn from person-centered/humanistic and cognitive behavioral orientations.

Life brings us many challenges and obstacles. As your therapist, my goal is to help guide and support you as we identify opportunities for change, growth, and healing. I believe that therapy can be one of the few experience's in a person's life in which they have the opportunity to be completely listened to. This is your time! I look forward to working with you.
