About

I earned my Master of Social Work from the Ohio State University. I am a licensed independent counselor who has enjoyed being in the field for 11 years so far. I work alongside clients on a variety of issues, particularly depression, anxiety, panic attacks, social anxiety, post traumatic stress, anger, and self-esteem/self-worth. My experience is specifically with adults, and older adults. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), solution-focused, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, integrative modalities, and motivational interviewing. I am comfortable with bringing in your spiritual views into our counseling appointments. I look forward to connecting with you, and sharing in your journey towards healing and total wellness!
