Hello! My name is Victoria de la Llama. I graduated with a Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Florida and a Master's of Social Work from Boston University, with a certificate in Family Therapy. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, and motivational interviewing. I have experience working in both hospital and outpatient settings with individuals struggling with negative self-talk, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, substance use, and challenging irrational beliefs. Coming from a client-centered approach, you are the expert on your life and your needs and I am here to help you along the way.
