I am a counselor in Arkansas with 30 years of experience providing counseling services for couples, individuals, and families. I have worked with many clients with a wide range of issues including depression, marriage counseling, parenting, anger, addiction and past trauma issues. I have also supervised other counselors. I have also worked with some clients on sports performance issues and focus specifically on golf. I use various counseling techniques, but also believe that the client-counselor relationship is one of the most important aspects in determining the success of counseling. I believe that counseling is a journey of the client who has a specific place or goal in life they would like to go. My first job as your counselor is to work with you in deciding what a successful outcome of counseling looks like to you. This is your journey and it is my job to help you be successful in that journey. I have a Master's Degree in Counseling from Henderson State University in Arkansas. I graduated in 1990 and have been involved in the counseling profession in Arkansas throughout my career.
