Hey! Congratulations on taking a huge step. I am sure there are a lot of questions you have. Are you searching for the person you “used” to be? Are you feeling lost or hopeless? I have extensive experience working with adults struggling with minor life transitions to individuals with serious mental health issues. I believe we are all unique and the goals we set for ourselves are just as unique. I desire to help you discover what the better version of yourself is and how you can go about to achieve it. I utilize various techniques and theories and do not have a one size fits all approach. I believe you to be the expert in your life and will tailor my approach that best fits your personality and your needs.
