Thank you for considering my support in your journey to wellness and self-discovery. I believe therapy is a collaborative process where we work together toward our goals to create more clarity, purpose, and fulfillment in our life. I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space and draw from a combination of evidence-based practices and modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), including trauma-focused (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Seeking Safety, Family Systems theory, and Solution Focused. My passion for serving my community includes over a decade of clinical experience in various settings, including community mental health, schools, and outpatient clinics. I have experience working with individuals who live with anxiety, depression, and past trauma and have supported many through grief and loss, maternal mental health, and other life transitions. Outside of work, you’ll find me in the kitchen trying new recipes, outdoors gardening, spending time in nature, or spending time with family and friends.
