I am both a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor. Over the past 23 years, I have worked with individuals who have struggled with a range of problems from Generalized Anxiety Disorder, addiction, to Schizophrenia. My goal is to teach my clients how to recognize their thoughts, feelings and moods and learn how to balance these aspects so that they stop creating problems. That way, you would not need to depend on our work together to move forward with your life. There may be times when we need to meet again for a tune-up (when life throws in a curve-ball) but you will have the needed tools to do most of the work without me.
