Hello,
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Bachelor's Degree in Corrections and a Master's Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling. I have provided mental health services to consumers from all walks of life. I have had the opportunity to work with consumers in private practice as well as in a correctional setting. I take pride in providing consumers the space they need as well as the encouragement and support necessary to achieve their maximum potential. My theoretical approach would best be described as an eclectic mix of Cognitive Behavioral, Person-Centered, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. I have successfully worked with consumers experiencing issues with Anxiety, Depression, Grief and Loss, Discrimination, and Workplace issues. I look forward to continuing my services within this platform and I look forward to assisting you in overcoming your challenges, whatever they may be.
