Hello! My name is Vicki. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), management consultant & executive coach. I understand that facing life's challenges can be tough & having a partner in making change is often critical to our well-being & success. This partnership is the focus of my work with clients. Through listening, questions, skill-building, feedback & discernment, I will help you to see possibilities, make plans & take action to reach your goals. My focus I have had the opportunity to work with individuals on relationship & professional challenges, anger management, caregiver stress, grief, & loss, as well as managing stress, relaxation techniques & coping with aging parents. I have specialized training in palliative care, suicide prevention & support for suicide loss survivors. My cross-cultural experience includes living & working in Japan, Singapore & Germany. While living in Singapore, I provided community education, counseling & post-hospitalization aftercare to support the social & emotional well-being of individuals & families. I have worked with military personnel & their families living on Army bases overseas, focusing on transition & PTSD. My journey to mental healthcare I began my career in the Neuropsychology Department at Baylor College of Medicine where I conducted cognitive tests for patients with memory impairments. Over the next 20 years, I held progressively responsible clinical & management positions in medical research centers, hospitals & community settings, working with individuals & families. I focused on managing stress,
