Hi! I am a licensed clinical social worker licensed in New Jersey. I have over 25 years experience in this amazing field helping others. I believe that he first step on this journey is to build rapport and trust between client and therapist. I am dedicated to empowering clients to overcome challenges experienced in their lives. I have worked with adolescents, adults and families fostering positive change.

Working in a multitude of settings helping people to manage and overcome challenges and life stressors I strive to empower my clients while providing warmth and support. I believe in treating others with respect, sensitivity and compassion. I tailor treatment plans to meet individuals unique needs using cognitive behavioral, family systems, solution focused, insight oriented, client centered and strength based approaches. I have a broad range of experience with clients with family conflict, trauma and abuse, stress/anxiety, depression, grief, parenting issues, academic issues, anger management, self-esteem, self-harming, woman's issues and relationships issues.
