Do you ever feel unheard, unseen, or misunderstood? Maybe even hurt by cliche responses you hear in your life such as “everything happens for a reason,” or “everything will be ok” or “you’re strong and you’ll get through this.” Often, we can feel like we are not good enough and feel shame or guilt by the pressure to be someone we are not. Feeling like we need to live up to that expectation and pleasing everyone that we forget our own needs. Maybe we are unsure how to speak up for ourselves or maybe feeling scared to ask for help. This is where I can support you.
