About

I am Licensed Independent Social Worker Supervisor with the state of Ohio for the past 13 years. I have worked with a wide variety of clients over the years completing diagnostic assessments in an outpatient mental health setting and crisis intervention with concerns regarding end of life issues, familial and relationship issues, depression, anxiety, and illness amongst others.

My therapy style is warm and attentive. I believe in treating each and every person with understanding, compassion, and respect. My approach includes goal setting, client based therapy, and active listening. I believe that the biggest key to success is finding a path that truly motivates you to work towards change, setting small realistic goals, and celebrating milestones along the way.
