Hi, my name is Veronica Johnson and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have years of experience working with adults and children who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and other complex issues. I have assisted many adults and children with developing healthier ways to manage symptoms and maintain a balance to live a functional life. I have done individual, family and group sessions in an outpatient setting, working on ways to help one reach their full potential.

I provide a nonjudgmental and safe space for individuals to express their true thoughts and feelings. I believe in treating anyone with respect and compassion. My approach combines Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focus Brief Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Everyone's treatment will be tailored to meet their unique and specific needs as "One Approach Does Not Fit All".
