Hi! My name is Halie Jones. I am a LPC-S (Supervising Licensed Professional Counselor) licensed in the state of Alabama. I have been working in the counseling field for 16 years, most of that time specifically working with individuals that have been diagnosed with a substance use disorder. I also have worked very extensively with individuals that have concerns related to depression, anxiety, family conflicts, coping with grief and loss, parenting issues, social behavior, crisis counseling, financial stress, occupational stress, and emotional trauma.

My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive behavioral therapy as well as motivational interviewing and dialectical behavioral therapy. I will tailor our sessions and your treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
