My name is Veronica Jaramillo. I am a LCSW licensed social worker in New Mexico with over 10 years of experience and 6 years' experience working as a social worker. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including homelessness, anxiety, depression, self-harm, self-esteem, relationship issues, parenting problems, foster care, adoption, ADHD, life stressors, and trauma. I also have experience of working with individuals, children, teens, and families who struggle with mental health or need assistance with navigating their life stressors and life transitions. I pride myself on being culturally sensitive, non-judgmental, empathetic, attentive, and welcoming. I am ready to work with you when you are ready.

My counseling style is compassionate, warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and mindfulness counseling. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
