I am a bilingual, bicultural eclectic healer with experience in trauma work. I enjoy working with teens 9 -18 years old, and Adults from various ethnic and cultural backgrounds and sexual orientations. I offer various online modalities to help you achieve your wellness goals:
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Behavioral Cognitive Therapy, Trauma-Informed and Parts Therapies, Solution-Focus Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive therapy, and Culturally Adaptive therapy to overcome Anxiety, sexual trauma, grief, PTSD, and Self-esteem.
