I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and I have been practicing since 2014 when I graduated from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center with a Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling. I have worked in an outpatient setting for mental health, private practice, as well as in a comprehensive addiction treatment facility.

Life comes with unexpected stress caused by jobs, relationships, anxiety and depression, and difficult life transitions. The process of counseling can help you learn more effective ways to cope with these struggles and identify personal goals for positive change. I provide an environment of acceptance, support, and understanding where you have the chance to talk about your experiences without judgement.

My approach is to work together to explore and find solutions using cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution focused therapy. Therapy should be an authentic experience where you feel heard and valued. My passion is to assist people in finding their self, knowing their worth, and improving relationships with those around you.

I have experience working with individuals dealing with depression, mood disorders, anxiety, addiction and substance use, and relationship issues. I have done work with clients involving career path, self-esteem/self-confidence, coping skills, life transitions, and everyday issues.
