About

I grew up in Dallas and received my Bachelor’s in Psychology at Texas Tech University. Followed by my Master’s in Counseling and Development at Texas Woman’s University. My first experience as a therapist was in a woman’s shelter and non profit that worked with human trafficking and domestic violence survivors. I later started working for a virtual platform and private practice with couples and individuals. On the weekend you can find me hanging out with my family and dogs, trying new foods, and going on bike rides.
