I have experience in assisting the client in managing their stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, helping them to increase their self-esteem, their confidence and their motivation. In addition, I am well-versed in assisting clients with depression. I believe that you are the writer of your story which means you have the power to create your desired outcome, and you have what it takes to overcome the challenges and obstacles that can keep you from reaching your goals and dreams.
