You are probably asking "where do I start?" As a licensed Clinical Social Worker and psychotherapist with 14 yrs. of experience, I've had the privilege to partner with clients just like you on their healing journey. I received my Masters in Social Work from Herbert H. Lehman College and graduated from the Westchester Institute of Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.

My myriad and varied experiences have given me the ability to listen deeply, and connect with, people from all walks of life. I've helped adults navigate through the challenges of trauma, Bi-Polar disorder depression, anxiety and substance use.

I am a culturally competent clinician experienced with people of all ages and backgrounds including first generation immigrant populations and the LGBTQ+ community. I strongly believe in the framework of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. It would be my privilege to collaborate with you and meeting you where you are on your road to healing.
