I am passionate about helping individuals uniquely manage their mental health in ways that suit their needs and goals. I use a client-centered approach that empowers the individual to take control of their inner experiences in a way that’s meaningful to them. I completed my master’s in social work from the University of Southern California and have experience using different therapy modalities (Cognitive behavioral therapy, problem-solving, solution-focused, mindfulness, grief and loss, play therapy, EMDR, TF-CBT, and parent-child interactive therapy). My experiences have made me equipped to work with children, teens, and adults struggling with anxiety, self-esteem, ADD/ADHD, behavioral, mood disorders, parenting, relationship issues, self-harm, stress, various traumas, anxiety and grief. Often difficult emotions, impulsive behaviors, grief, current stressors or past traumas get in the way of experiencing life to its fullest. In therapy I provide a safe and supportive place and offer skills, and helpful interventions. My goal is to help you decrease and change the things that get in the way of your long term goals, and help you build and live a life that you value.
