I work with clients to improve their lives with compassionate, caring and evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Solution-Focused Problem Solving Counseling. I have over 15 years of experience as a licensed mental health counselor, working with people of all cultural backgrounds, ages, life stages, and types of issues. I meet clients where they are and help them find a healthy path forward to wellness and mental well-being.
