I understand the past year has been particularly challenging with all the public and social restrictions brought on by COVID-19. I am here to help you get through this, by delving into your challenges and developing new ways to repair and survive.

I am a dynamic and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker based out of New Jersey. I have experience working with all age groups with a special passion for, geriatrics, caregivers, severe persistent mental illnesses, and teenagers.

Everyone’s journey is unique and different, and that is how I approach our work together. While I utilize a multi-modality approach to work towards your goal, I am a person-centered and shame-resiliency therapist with a focus on mindfulness.
