I am a Therapist and have been providing mental health services for 8 years in outpatient and in home treatment settings. I see Individuals and I address Adjustment disorder, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Post-traumatic stress, Psychosis, and Schizophrenia. Behavioral Health is what I do and I am very passionate about guiding my clients to an improved chapter of their health and wellness. My primary focus includes assisting client’s progress with symptoms related to Depression and Anxiety to more complex psychiatric diagnosis such as Bipolar disorder, Schizophrenia and Personality Disorders. I develop a unique plan specific to my client’s needs by promoting self-awareness and empowerment as an inclusive approach to therapy.
