I'd like to tell you how proud I am of you for taking the 1st step in looking for help, whatever your need is. I provide acceptance, person-centered treatment for depression, anxiety, life or adjustment changes. I have worked with people of all ages and cultural backgrounds with various mental health disorders. I'm trained in various techniques & don't believe in "cookie cutter" therapy. I follow an existential approach using Cognitive Therapy & Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, among others. My goal is to help you feel supported & empowered, learn new skills, improve relationships, or process troubling events.
