I am a clinical social worker and have been working in the field of social work for 7 years. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, and career challenges.

My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach is to create a free sharing environment, no judgment, no pressure, no expectations. All I ask is to come just as you are, right in that mental space. I encourage people to be who they are-no censoring your emotions or thoughts. I am walking alongside you, this is your time, your space, and I will honor that by being responsive and choosing the therapeutic modality that fits best for you in that moment.
