I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Holistic Life Coach with over 10 years of professional experience in the mental health field and have been providing psychotherapy specific services for the past 3 years. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, & trauma and abuse. I also have experience working with motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.

My therapy style combines holistic practices, education and years of experience in the behavioral health and human services field to provide tailored-made services. I provide a trauma-informed approach to all of my services regardless of your unique history. My preferred modalities include Art Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Existential Phenomenological Psychotherapy, Exposure Therapy, Family Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Mind-Body Centering. I am also open to the opportunity of working with clients who have developmental delays and their families.
