I am licensed in Washington with 8 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with somatic issues that are stress related including chronic pain, digestive issues, anxiety, dissociation, as well as coping with addictions, trauma and domestic abuse. My treatment approach is client centered, and trauma informed. I utilize a holistic approach that values treating both the mind and body. Some modalities I use if the client would like to are; breathing, meditation, and relaxation techniques.
