I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Bachelor's Degree of Arts from the University of South Carolina and a Master's Degree in Social Work from Rutgers University. With over 14 years of experience in the mental health field, I have accumulated skills suited for working with a wide variety of clients, but specialize in working with adolescents, adults, and seniors experiencing anxiety, grief, chronic illness, and relationship difficulties. My clinical approach utilizes a range of evidence based modalities tailored to fit the needs of each individual client. I am certified in Trauma Therapy and have completed formal training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I also have experience utilizing mindfulness, Solution Focused Therapy, and Strength Based Therapy.
