As a clinician I am focused on serving those that are having daily struggles with symptoms of anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I am here to support our those seeking support with the complexities they may face on a day day basis. In addition, I serve those in vital roles such as law enforcement, medical field and social services. I have worked alongside you for the last ten plus years, and understand the impact vicarious trauma can have on our mental health. I utilize trauma informed and client centered care practices. I focus on meeting each patient where they are at on processing thoughts and understanding their emotions, in conjunction learning how to cope with those emotions. I want to ensure that you obtain the answers being sought through therapy. After working in the field for over a decade, I myself became a victim of vicarious trauma. In order to continue to give your best, not only to your community, but your loved ones as well, you need to recharge.
