I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years experience. I have worked with adolescents, families, and adults. I have particular expertise in mental health issues and substance abuse. I have worked in a variety of settings including, hospitals, residential programs, outpatient settings, nursing homes, prisons, and the criminal justice system. I am a good listener and help people address their issues.

I have worked with clients with a wide variety of needs including anxiety, stress, depression, loss, major mental illness, addictions, relationship problems, aging, parenting problems, career challenges and working with families/individuals who have a family member struggling with above issues.

I am a good and empathic listener. I believe that the client and counselor must build a rapport based on trust and safety. Together, we will work on accepting, changing behaviors, and finding solutions.
