My passion and dedication to helping others was my drive in obtaining my clinical license. Throughout the years I have gained vast experience of direct face-to-face Individual and couples counseling with a wide range of populations. So, you might ask "Is she the right fit for me? Well, my approach to Therapy is, The patient takes the lead when it comes to determining goals in therapy and I encourage all my clients to use their voices to preserve self-advocacy. Within my wide range of specialties, my preferred modalities are Solution Focused Brief Therapy, CBT, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing. Additionally, my areas of expertise are Depression, Anxiety, Relationship Issues, OCD, ADHD/Autism, Grief, Loss, and PTSD. If language is a barrier for you, don't worry I am fluently bilingual.
