I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 30 years of experience in psychiatric and corporate healthcare and private practice. I work with adults of all ages with depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, relationship challenges, parenting problems, substance use, workplace and self-esteem issues. My therapy style is warm and interactive with a good dose of humor when appropriate and driven by a person-centered philosophy which combines cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic and solution-focused therapy. I can incorporate Christian-based therapy if desired. I'd love to join you on your path to change!
