Do you feel overwhelmed a lot? Are you trying to push through each day only to feel like you’re exhausted and not moving in the right direction? Does the thought of talking to someone or therapy increase nervousness? Finding someone that's a good fit and reaching out for help is the first step! Everyone should have someone to talk to where they feel heard and supported while processing their life experiences and stressors. Those stressors might be grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions or relationship difficulties. It's my hope that whatever your reason for seeking help at this time, together we can create a useful experience and you can take back control over your life!

I graduated from Aurora University in 2014 with my Masters of Social Work. Since graduation, I have been working in the mental health field. I have experience with inpatient, and partial hospitalization as well as individual therapy in a outpatient setting where I found my place! I love helping individuals work through life stressors and challenge themselves to achieve their goals. My role is not to give advice but to assist and help you navigate your thoughts and feelings and together we will work on your own unique path.
