Providing a warm, comfortable environment is one of my top priorities. I encourage clients to be open, and their authentic selves. Genuineness & empathy are major components of the therapeutic relationship, and I will provide that in return. I interned for Clarity & Wellness in 2021 and also graduated that year with my M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Molloy College. Prior to that I obtained my B.A. in Psychology from SUNY Old Westbury. I have experience working with all age groups ranging from young children to older adults with depression, anxiety, substance use, relationship issues, and cultural issues. Your mental health & making sure you feel safe are important to me. My counseling approach is person-centered and I will meet you where you are at.
