I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who provides therapy to adults, both group and individual formats. I graduated from Indiana University School of Social Work with a concentration in mental health. I have over 12 years of experience working in outpatient mental health. I specialize in Psychosocial Rehabilitation and Recovery oriented services and am able to utilize various Cognitive Therapy based treatment modalities to assist you with successfully managing your mental health symptoms. I have additional training in recovery oriented practices, communication skills and cognitive therapy. As a therapist I partner with you to create goals focused on increasing skills to manage and/or decrease anger, anxiety, stress, depression and reactions to trauma. I can assist you with learning and strengthening self-care, coping skills, managing mental health symptoms, improving perception of self, engaging in healthy relationships, and developing community connection.
