Hello !
I am an LGBTQI ally; and work with adult aged 28 - 78. My tools are trauma informed: talk, psychodrama, yoga elements, somatic inquiry, journaling. We talk, breathe, move and act to explore relationships with the outside world and more importantly to oneself. While the modalities can go deeply into understanding and as change agents, solution focused orientations are used for short term coping skill mastery . Research supports Body Oriented Therapy for regulating moods and reducing symptoms. They unlock resiliency and avenues of thinking. Client centered counseling lets us, together, make changes for growth and strides toward your goals and for the joyous life you want. Anything you don't feel comfortable with.. you don't do.
