Tzippy Baron is a licensed clinical social worker who works with individuals and couples facing a broad spectrum of diagnoses, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, infertility, ADHD and OCD through a trauma-focused and strengths-based lens. Tzippy has advanced training in both couples work and in trauma treatment, and takes a comprehensive approach that draws from various therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Through collaborative exploration and intervention, Tzippy works with clients to develop insight, resilience, and skills to navigate their lives and relationships more effectively, and to cultivate greater emotional connection and intimacy. Her professional background includes working within the foster care system, serving as a crisis liaison for survivors of childhood sexual abuse and advocating for mental health awareness and inclusion in marginalized communites. As a mother of young children, Tzippy brings a unique perspective to her practice, understanding firsthand the beauty and complexities of life.
